This members-only, in-person roundtable is built for real conversation about what employers are dealing with right now. It's a full day of practical discussion focused on the workplace rules, enforcement trends, and policy shifts that are affecting day-to-day decisions inside organizations.
The discussion will center on what has changed over the first 18 months of the second Trump Administration and how employers are responding. Topics will include experience under Executive Order 14173, reactions to the President’s March 26, 2026 Executive Order addressing DEI discrimination by federal contractors, and how organizations are adjusting to more aggressive EEOC enforcement of core workplace civil rights laws. If issued by then, we'll also discuss what OFCCP’s new disability and veteran affirmative action regulations may mean in practice.
Throughout the day, participants will have time to talk through other recent regulatory, policy, and enforcement developments, compare how different organizations are handling similar issues, and pressure‑test decisions in a confidential, off-the-record setting.
